Do you have a car? Are you have face to this situation at the car park? Sometimes, this is may happen in Malaysia. But I think, both of them must make sure this not happen again. It's too bad to solve this problem, but this not really a good solution for this problem.
The owner of blocking car need make sure the car park at the properly parking, if not this may be happen to your car. So, something new can learn from this video. Especially at the big town as Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Johor and Selangor.
